What we collect
When you register we collect your name, email, an optional phone number, the healthcare role you pick from our dropdown, an optional workplace, whether you are joining as an individual or a team, and any message you send us. We do not collect any health information about you.
Why we hold it
We use your details to run the league: to place you in a team, to send fixtures, results and league news, and to confirm eligibility. Registration is free and the league is funded by sponsorship. We never sell your details, and we do not share them with sponsors.
Consents
At registration you tick three boxes: that you understand ATL is played with a hard cricket ball and you take part at your own risk, that you consent to photos or video of you at ATL being used to promote the league, and that you consent to us storing your details to run the league. You can withdraw media consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using new images of you.
How long we keep it
We keep registration records for the current season and one following season, then delete them. Match scorecards and statistics stay published as part of the league record, and show playing names only.
Access and deletion
Email allplayt20@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. We will action requests within 30 days.
